This venture, which began as a small commercial establishment, has grown into a trusted, experienced, and reputable company in its field, reaching its present state. Moving forward, it will continue its path with second and third-generation management and staff, maintaining the dignity of this well-deserved title.

1970

Our company was founded as a small business in Karaköy, focusing on the sale of products needed in the maritime sector.

Since its establishment, we have prioritized customer satisfaction, closely followed innovations in the industry, and made it our principle to offer high-quality products.

As a result, we have quickly become recognized as a trusted supplier in the maritime industry.

1989

In line with our growth and development goals, our company opened its second branch in the Perpa Trade Center in 1989.

This new branch began its operations with the aim of expanding the customer portfolio and providing high-quality service to more people.

This step in Perpa strengthened our presence in the trade sector and further solidified our position in the industry.

1997

In 1997, our company moved its branch from Perpa to the Tuzla Shipyards Area to be closer to our maritime sector customers and offer our services more efficiently.

This strategic move, located in a region with intense maritime activity, has allowed us to provide faster and more effective solutions to our customers' needs.

Our new branch in Tuzla has not only strengthened our connection with the industry but also represented a significant step in improving our service quality.

2001

In 2001, the founder of our company, Zekai Göver, handed over the management to the second-generation representatives, Kamil Göver and Kemal Göver, entrusting the company's future vision to a young and dynamic management approach. After this transition, Zekai Göver continued to serve as our honorary president, remaining the spiritual guide of the company and occasionally offering his guidance with his experiences.

His leadership legacy continues to have a lasting impact on our company's values and successes.

2015

In 2015, our company, in line with its growth targets in the sector, opened its third branch in the Yalova Shipyards Area. This new branch has increased our capacity to serve maritime sector customers in a wider geographic area and allowed us to provide faster and more effective solutions to sectoral needs.

This investment in Yalova has been a step that reinforces our strong position in the industry and prioritizes customer satisfaction.

2024

In 2024, our new production and storage facility, covering 7,500 m² in Şekerpınar, began operations. This modern facility was designed to respond more quickly to growing customer demands and increase our production capacity.

Our new space allows us to optimize our production processes and store a wider range of products, enabling us to provide more effective service to our customers.

This significant investment in Şekerpınar has been a turning point in our company's growth journey.
