After the completion of the towers, the 32 mm diameter steel wire ropes used in the scaffolding construction and all the connection equipment required to fix these ropes were supplied by our company. In order to ensure the safe and solid construction of the scaffolding system, high-strength steel ropes and fasteners were carefully selected and supplied in accordance with the project requirements.
A total of 16 guide ropes, 4 for each tower, were delivered to facilitate and guide the assembly of the main support rope. These guide ropes are critical components that ensure the correct positioning of the main rope and increase safety during the assembly process.
After the main support ropes were hung in place, the assembly of the bridge decks began. The bridge decks weigh an average of 300 tons, and high-strength steel rope slings were used to position them safely and precisely. For this purpose, 8 pieces of Ø77 mm diameter and 26 meters long, 6×41 Composition Steel Core (IWRC) Steel Rope Slings, each subjected to 80 tons working load test, were provided by our company.
These steel rope slings meet high safety standards during lifting and carrying heavy loads and have successfully passed all required strength tests within the scope of the project. All equipment provided was selected in accordance with engineering calculations and used reliably in the field.
